You know, Prez Hill's life would have been made a living hell by Congress. They were drawing up Articles of Impeachment during the campaign.

I'm sure she has her regrets about the outcome of the election, but she also knows she and Bill dodged a bullet and that the current fiasco is ALL on the GOP. Gods bless her in all her life to come.

Why did they continue the dinner service in public without at the very least, bringing it inside to a secure location?? This is amateur hour!!

agencies carelessly in full public view and ear shot.

Excusing behavior like this is odd.

Deniability.

Especially since the launch had happened an hour before.

15. Yeah, you take the word of a Trump? He's been so honest.

I'm a pass on that.

He was discussing strategy, options and response to an international incident in semi-public. It defies credulity that classified information did not pass into the dining patio of Trump's resort hotel.

6. iPhones

Another reason I won't buy an Apple product.

My LG G4 is nearly 2 years old and has a flashlight function built in. No need for an app.

Why people continue to buy the inferior product that is the iPhone is beyond me. I guess they got caught up in it ten or fifteen years ago, when Apple was actually innovative, and never looked back.

I have no idea why anyone would get an app if they have an iPhone.

I really think the whole "flashlight app virus" problem is a thing of the past.

I don't really know. I got the iPhone because it was free with extending my contract, which I was going to do anyway. I like my phone company. (Credo)

So you now know my level of expertise on this subject. LOL

Besides my Samsung S3 had started to die, and I was really tired of the incredulous looks I got from the 20-somethings that worked at the battery store when I told them what kind of phone I had.

10. Well that would explain some...since the launch was reported an hour before the meet.
Mon Feb 13, 2017, 07:57 PM

And they did the presser right after. CNN (via spicer?) saying meet was about press conference statements, they had already met on NK missile.

News of Pyongyang's launch had emerged an hour earlier, as Trump was preparing for dinner in his residence. Officials had concluded the Musudan-level missile flew 310 miles off North Korea's eastern coast before crashing into the Sea of Japan.
...
On Saturday evening, as the two men walked through Mar-a-Lago's ornate wrought-iron doors on their way to dinner, neither responded to questions about the launch from reporters.

Swanning through the club's living room and main dining area alongside Abe, Trump was -- as is now typical -- swarmed with paying members, who now view dinner at the club as an opportunity for a few seconds of face time with the new President.

But as he sat down for the planned working dinner with Abe, whose country is well within range of North Korea's missiles, it was clear his counterpart felt it necessary to respond to the test. The launch occurred just before 8 a.m. on Sunday morning in Japan.

Trump's national security adviser Michael Flynn and chief strategist Steve Bannon left their seats to huddle closer to Trump as documents were produced and phone calls were placed to officials in Washington and Tokyo.
