election. Russians were boasting about their ability to contact and control Trump -- quote "they were claiming that they had special contact with Trump." Pamela Brown telling Don Lemon that BOTH Trump and Pres. Obama were briefed on the large, frequent number of contacts b/n Trump campaign and Trump business officials and Russian contacts b/c FBI was alarmed by huge number of contacts. "Intent" has not yet been determined but they are investigating possible coordination b/n Trump campaign and release of damaging info on Clinton. CNN apparently knows the names of contacts but doesn't want to release names just yet (I am certain that Manafort is the most obvious one).

CNN just showed the old vid of Trump (the "Russia, if you're listening"...video) blathering about how he doesn't know Putin and "nobody knows" f the Russians hacked the DNC, etc. Yet another blatant lie -- just like his lie this weekend about not knowing anything about Flynn.

CNN just showed Sean Spicer blathering that Trump campaign was not in contact with Russia (today when he was sputtering about Flynn). CNN commentators are pointing out now that this is one of the most surreal, and dangerous, moments in our history. Our country looks weak and humiliated according to commentators.

I edited the post as Pamela Brown is saying "constant" communications now. Initially she was saying "frequent" but now her language is more forceful -- "constant" contacts!
