Keeps most of what is in Obamacare intact rather then just repealing it, I have no problem calling it Trumpcare. I would rather not, but if it saves lives and gives people access to health coverage, I can live with it.

But a weakened version is better than no version. Sadly, the best we can hope for is a decimated version of Obamacare.

The Republicans named it Obamacare. Obama did the work, and earned the designation.
Trump has earned the shame of the global community. That's what he shall receive.
