I have tried googling it, but all I get is CNN saying he said all this - not an actual video of him saying it.

3. And real estate is a great place to launder money

Drug money, mob money, terrorism money, you name it. In this case, campaign contributions. Trump has a property he bought for $40 Million and change, does some cosmetic improvements, flips it to a Russian billionaire for double what he put into it, maybe more. And Trump doesn't have to worry about paying income tax becauses he's still carrying losses from previous years.
