...keep in mind that a one way trip would save even more money.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Space_tourism

^snip^

Space tourism is space travel for recreational, leisure or business purposes. A number of startup companies have sprung up in recent years, such as Virgin Galactic and XCOR Aerospace, hoping to create a sub-orbital space tourism industry. Orbital space tourism opportunities have been limited and expensive, with only the Russian Space Agency providing transport to date.

The publicized price for flights brokered by Space Adventures to the International Space Station aboard a Russian Soyuz spacecraft have been US $20–40 million, during the period 2001–2009 when 7 space tourists made 8 space flights. Some space tourists have signed contracts with third parties to conduct certain research activities while in orbit.

Edit to add: Maybe his Russian buddies would even give him a discount.

He had to hang up on the Australian PM because he had a long day, at five o'clock. He reminds me of Hitler on the morning of D-Day. His staff was afraid to wake him up because he would be angry.

When the taxpayers paid for Obama's entourage's hotel rooms, meals, etc., it wasn't at a resort that Obama owned. Trump is actually profiting from these trips as long as the destination is someplace he has a financial interest in.

what is the per person rate that Trump's business charging per govt employee per night. There is an approved GSA rate that they should not be allowed to exceed and I bet they do. That would be a good issue for a Dem in Congess to raise.

GSA Hotel Rates for 2017:
Jan. - April $182
May - Sept. $100
Oct. - Dec. $117
