Breaking: Vice Admiral Harward declines Trump NSA offer

I just heard this report on Fox as I was skimming through -- they are saying that the news is that talks with Harward have broken down, and that he is declining the offer of the position. The plot thickens...

Harward apparently wanted to bring in his own staff, which he trusts and greatly values -- Trump (and no doubt Bannon) refused.

like a fairly rational man compared to the psycho traitor Flynn -- why am I not shocked that Trump wants to keep his little spies in place? Harward was very wise to stay out of this mess.
