Obama prosecuted more whistleblowers and leakers than any other president. I doubt he would leak anything . If anything, it is career intelligence officials that are worried about the nation.

But some right-wingers seriously believe that President Obama is somehow running a "shadow government" to whip up anti-Trump sentiment.

Of course, even if he was politically engaged and helping organize against the Trump/GOP agenda, that wouldn't be illegal. Claims of running a "shadow government" are paranoid right-wing fantasies, however.

I actually think it's very likely to be a Republican. Someone who is furious about this ass clown destroying the party and, possibly, this country.
