2. Why wasn't MSNBC doing fact checking like this on air?

Instead, they ran Trump's proganda live, uninterrupted with no fact checks. They in essance gave a very valuable in-kind contribution to the Trump 2020 campaign (which this rally was for) by giving Trump national air time.
