I just prefer a full-time chair this time. I also thought Jehmu Greene seemed impressive, but I don't think she has the same amount of support as the two front-runners.

Howard Dean endorses South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg for DNC chair.

'Former Vermont Gov. Howard Dean announced his support on Wednesday for South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg to be the next chairman of the Democratic National Committee.

Dean, who was himself the DNC chair from 2005 to 2009, told MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” that he is backing Buttigieg because the Democratic Party desperately needs an infusion of young blood from outside the political sphere of Washington. The Indiana mayor perfectly fits the bill, Dean said.'>>>

I also like Keith Ellison. Perez is OK too.

Dean's endorsement is a big deal, IMO. I agree, we do need new blood.

Lots of good things about him, imo, in addition to 'new blood.' He has great experience as Mayor of South Bend, has successfully put it on the right track after many unhappy years there.

Why couldn't we get eight candidates (or even 4-5-6), for the D party nominations for POTUS?

Just like '08 and we know how that turned out.

Seems like when people hear democratic policies they like them.

They are doing this special on MSNBC tonight on Trump. Please tell me that MSNBC is not going back to Trump 24/7!

on the so-called grounds that ELLISON was astute in saying early on DRUMPF would win. DRUMPF's neediness in perceiving any "approval" as acknowledging him as "WONDERFUL". Or was DRUMPF playing a PUTIN role in smearing ELLISON with a kiss of death. I'm paranoid these days.

likes Ellison, one moment he is trying to do Democrats in. Then it turns around in his mind again. He needs executive function and salience to know when to stop turning things over. Or an advisor who is not trying to start wars on every continent of the planet be they trade wars or religious wars....Bannon seems to stop Trump when the dial inside Trump's head hits "war", and then Bannon tries to make that policy.

and narratives seperately. I can believe seemingly opposite different things at once. If you think of it having many realities is actually the way the objective world is. But unlike a dyslexic, and like a politician, Trump adds bullshit. I always have many reasons for all the decisions I make. Lots of people only have one or two reasons. We are used to people conflating their realities so they work as a single narrative. Trump doesn't do that at times. He picks up each narrative and spins it around and looks at it from various angles and with different assumptions (including ignoring some well accepted assumptions about the way things work). When he comes up with a big picture..after days or weeks, that is when to take him literally. If Bannon let's him.

His lying is not explained by dyslexia. He knows he is lying. That is why he joked at the inaugural Kellyanne will take on the jobs no man will take. He's been in sales his whole life and is grounded in hype.
