Did Trump just indicate that nuclear warhead reduction treaties should be torn up?

It sounds like he did. CNN just reported that the Orange One said in an interview that he wants to build up our nuclear arsenal so it superior to any other in the world. If taken literally that could mean another arms race.

I suppose that some "updating" of our nuclear arsenal might be possible without breaking any of the several treaties with the Russians, but even that has to be limited to some degree by previous agreements.

I think that it is probably just Trump shooting off his mouth again without having a clue what he is talking about. I wonder which cabinet member they will send out to clean up this crap?
