(3,910 posts)This mother fu*cker is muy bad.
Whatever other bull gets slung around this guy, there are non-alternative-facts. He and his are plainly trying to dismantle as much of the government as possible. All angencies are being split into two piles: the agencies they'll need to pull off their plans to foster nationalism worldwide - all alinged to this Dugin/Putin version of "traditionalism" that Bannon worships - and the agencies they don't need, which have all now been headed by people dedicated to the destruction of those agencies.
The best way to know what a company is actually doing is to ignore the advertising and go around back to see what's actually loaded on the trucks.

(36,299 posts)If you ever read any of Bannon's writing, you'll find a few glaring errors and a lot of clumsy phrasing ... if he were even half as smart as he thinks he is, he wouldn't be making such sophomoric mistakes.

(53,876 posts)he's smarter than everyone else is very dangerous.
But it usually catches up with them in the end (his little protege Milo what's his name is a prime example of that).
He's also a fan boy of the new Rasputin, Alexandre Dugin, which is where he gets the deconstructionist rhetoric. There's nothing original in his thinking but unfortunately, he's got the ear of our not-the-sharpest-knife-in-the-drawer Mango Mussolini.

(5,611 posts)Maybe it sounds impressive to his sad little fans. I have no idea why anyone out there finds this fat moron interesting. He has a history of alleged spousal abuse (second wife I believe -- I think he's had three wives at this point), and I think it's safe to say that he has a temper, he looks like Jabba the Hutt, and his influence over Trump is just humiliating. Bannon has zero charisma himself so of course he hides behind others (because we all know that Trump has so much charisma -- lmfao)

Bannon says hes a Leninist: that could explain the White Houses new tactics

Trumps top political adviser says he wants to destroy the state, like the Bolshevik leader, and some of his ideas certainly echo the Russian revolutionary
