What would happen if on the Mexican side of the wall they destroyed the wall as it is being built?

My guess is they will use Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid monies to help pay for it.

5. It will all be on 'our' side...and mostly on private landowners' property.

In many cases, the physical barrier at the border is a mile or more into US territory, with the landowners needing to go to the other side of the wall/fence to access their property.

The government will be spending a LOT of money on easements and buying up property to compensate the current owners.
