Silence implies consent

http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/Implied+Consent

It has long been held in law that silence implies consent. Those congressmen and senators, who have not gone on record to demand a fair investigation into any collusion with Russian in regards to the 2016 election or sanctions against Russia or money laundering through US entities, by the rule of silence implies consent, means that they may be aiding and abetting treason.

I'm hoping the Jeff Sessions perjury before congress is now the vital chink in the damn of stonewalling by Republicans. Those that don't get in front of it and demand a fair bi-partisan commission to investigate it; those that remain silent and pretend that it's no big deal - nothing to see - are simply aiding and abetting possible treason by their silence.

I want to put this thought in your minds: Silence implies consent. So as you continue to meet your representatives in town halls, call and write them, please remind them that silence implies consent. Demand that they go on record calling for a fair bi-partisan investigation. Otherwise, silence implies consent.

Let's see if we can push a few of them to get on record. The more of them, who through self preservation, want to distance themselves from treason, the sooner we can break the dam of protecting Trump from facing justice.
