a couple were thrown out on appeal and most of the rest (including some before prior to conviction) were pardoned in poppy's last days as president, but a small number stuck.
but yeah, not many criminal convictions likely here.

It was a clear case of aiding not one but TWO terrorist regimes at once, with over 2500 missiles going to one terrorism-funding rogue and the profits from those sales going to right-wing terrorists that killed missionaries and others.
I truly feel not throwing the book in any serious manner at Oliver North, Caspar Weinberger, Ronald Reagan, GHWB, etc. set precedents for the future crimes following it. There's no damned WAY we should be naming ANYthing after a President who was involved in treason.
