President Obama has the facts. All Congress has to do is

ask him to testify at the hearings into the Russian connections with the Trump administration and put him under oath. Then, he can freely provide those facts in answer to questions. He can also supply documentation of them from his archives.

So, Congress, I dare you! Call President Obama in to testify. I'm sure he'll be happy to do so. Let all of the people on your committee ask their questions, including the Democrats. President Obama speaks clearly and directly. I'm sure you'll all enjoy his testimony. Oh, yes, and do televise those hearings on CSPAN. We'd all like to hear from him.

If you want answers, go to the source. Ask President Obama what he knows about the Russians and the 2016 election. He'll provide you with everything you need to know, I'm sure, and will be happy to cooperate with Congress.

I dare you! Do it! Show the nation that you really want the truth!

I can see it going wildly off subject into areas where we might not want President Obama asked questions under oath.

Mostly because they hated him, behind close doors. We all know that, they opposed everything he ever did and wanted to erase his legacy. So, I don't think they will ask him anything, they are GLAD he is gone!!

President Obama should steer clear of this morass. It appears from news reports that his Administration went to great lengths in its final months to leave the breadcrumbs showing the path to the evidence of the relationship between Donald Trump and the Russians. If Congress and the FBI do their jobs- even half-assed efforts- the extent of the Russian interference and influence will be exposed. The results that will befall the Trump Administration are beyond any of our projections but they're unlikely to be pretty.

President Obama had a pretty good presidency. It was relatively scandal-free, left a strong economy, reduced troop levels overseas, created the ACA, promoted progressive ideals and pushed for many other advances for the US. His legacy is clear of the dirt that adheres to all those around Mr. Trump. He should keep it that way.
