Russia - An act of war?

Isn't Russia actively sabotaging our country with their moles an act of war? Colluding with Drumpf and his cronies? Hacking the election?

I'm anti-war but it's hard to deny something so blatant and aggressive as this warrants it

Lets say that sane people get back into power again. What should we do?

Well, NOT colluding with Russia would be the first smart call. Another would be paper ballots, sans chads.

2. I'd say more sanctions for starters but we've already sanctioned the hell out of them

How else could we hit them where it hurts?
