Should Donald Drumpf be Baker Acted? He is in Florida now

The Baker Act allows for involuntary examination (what some call emergency or involuntary commitment). It can be initiated by judges, law enforcement officials, physicians, or mental health professionals. There must be evidence that the person: possibly has a mental illness (as defined in the Baker Act).

He'll be a martyr if action is taken now. Unfortunately, he still has support. Only when a majority of his voters have come to agree that he is an insane, traitorous fascist can we remove him without lethal repercussions to our country. Serious repercussions will continue for decades in any event, but we must not allow them to be lethal.
