By the way, the religious right is not religious biblically speaking. The bible says above all Love.

1. The unfortunate part about the bible

is that there are countless hateful, evil things in it too. The religious right prefers those bits.

The unenlightened bits. The bulk of the book.

Observation of any religion is religious. The details don't change the meaning of that very general term that can apply to satanism as much as Christianity.
Whether or not someone behaves in a way that reflects a given religion is a different question.
