I know, the family is somehow shepherding all his supposed assets, but is the blind trust/divestiture crap just a suggestion, or a law, or in the constitution?
as has been said, if he'd been forced to sell all his 'assets,' they'd likely turn out to actually be mountains of debt, right?
anyplaces to see that can spell this out in comprehensible terms?
