The GOP "coupons" model for ACA replacement will be the same for Medicare. So seniors will probably get the same $4000 "coupon" to buy insurance under Medicare. Certainly a senior cannot expect more money for heath insurance than a 64 year old not yet on Medicare.

All the money saved in Medicare issuing coupons will go to tax cuts for the rich. So younger peoples FICA money will go directly to wealthy.
