...then Trump is screwed, because he tweeted brand new and unreported evidence in an ongoing money laundering case gathered under FISA warrant. Obstruction of justice charges may be a possibility.

1. GOPers in Congress won't see or hear anything that's critical of Trumpy.

All they care about is the pen in the hand that signs. But the race is on: will they accomplish all they want BEFORE Trumpy issues an order through martial law that renders Congress mute? Or will Trumpy move more quickly than they anticipate and throw all of them under the bus? As Trumpy stays in the White House, he gains in power by the day. But the GOPers are delusional in minimizing the fascist coup. There no patriots in the Republican Party.

2. Geopolitics aside, it's all about oil, money and power.

Which makes me wonder if there isn't perhaps a big, fat, super-juicy scandal hiding under the rock named Rex Tillerson?

3. As far as I know, any remedy has to start with impeachment.

If he's successfully impeached, then criminal charges can occur. But I'm doubtful that the current legislature will impeach.

5. To my limited knowledge, I've never heard of a Writ of Mandamus

against Congress to make it do something it won't do, like draft Articles of Impeachment.
