Could Trump (if correctly diagnosed with a mental condition or disease)

Claim " Americans with Disability Act" protection or argue its enforcement?

"The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) became law in 1990. The ADA is a civil rights law that prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities in all areas of public life, including jobs, schools, transportation, and all public and private places that are open to the general public."

"The ADA definition of disability. ... A physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities; A record of such an impairment; or. You are regarded as having such an impairment."

Must be 'invidious' to be disallowed. Invidious Discrimination is treating a class of persons unequally in a manner that is malicious, hostile, or damaging.

is what makes this speculation bigoted.
Self determination
Inclusion
Different and equal
Basic respect rather than demonizing someone with the conditions many people live with.
