Trump's plan B is brillant: Let Obamacare fail and blame the Democrats for everything.

If the GOP (who controls WH, Senate and House) fails to pass a healthcare-bill, Trump's plan B is to let Obamacare fail, and then to blame the lack of healthcare on the Democrats.
Two problems with this plan:
1. The Democrats aren't the ones in power anyways.
2. You just telegraphed your brillant blame-shifting scheme months and years in advance. IN A F**KING SPEECH.
