.he did work as a foreign agent last fall, earned $500,000. Finally got registered this week.

Incompetence doesn't begin to describe this administration. They don't have the foggiest notion of what they don't know. The value of being an actual political professional is that there's a little voice constantly harping in the back of one's mind to check the rules about this or that. When you have no experience at all, you get an appointee to be national security adviser who can't pass a background check or White House personnel making produce endorsements while they're on the job.

He originally filed LDA , which is plain lobbying ( not Foreign Govt/Agent) , pretended he did know that his client Inovo BV (in Netherlands ) was a front owned by Turkey.

Suddenly , 7 months later - and 3 months after he stopped working for them , he realizes they are Turkish front and files as FARA.

Check out this little nugget from his contract with Inovo

"The client expects and the advisor {Flynn Intel Group} is prepared to deliver findings and results including but not limited to making criminal referrals if warranted and supported by the findings"


On one document he claims they were hired to advise on helping Turkish business climate....then in the fine print ( you have to magnify to read) he is plainly being contracted to try and get Fethullah Gülen arrested.

I think the max penalty it 10K and 5 years, but he will probably skate.
