workplace wellness genetic testing

A little-noticed bill HR 1313 has been approved by a House committee on Wednesday and is expected to be folded into a second ACA-related measure. Employers would be authorized to see the genetic testing and other information and to sell that information to third parties.

Give your employees a discount for showing up for exercise classes? Basically a backdoor way of charging those who can't more. This is that on steroids.
