Dr. Andrey Ostrovsky is one of the leading physicians in the country. He is currently serving as the Chief Medical Officer for The US Center for Medicaid and CHIP Services (CMCS). Last night he broke from Tom Price, Trump’s Health and Human Services Secretary, to state his opposition to the Republican’s faulty ACA replacement:

discount the price of medicines for insurance corp. And share the massive drug profits off the ACA records, the records regulated by ACA government oversight.

edit- this gives insurance corps a much larger chunk of state and federal 'subsidies' than they deserve.

comprehensively detailed, all right. But at this point, with 2 of the 3 branches of government largely controlled by people who are already actively working to destroy Medicare itself, it's not going to happen now. Remember, no matter how much we talk about 45, it's congress that writes the laws and controls the checkbook.

Hillary was going to expand Medicare to cover more of the population, perhaps down into the upper 50s, assuming we got more power in congress also, and that was considered a stretch in this environment.

Like your positive attitude though. Delayed, not gone by any means.
