The DWHY Act. So... WHY support it???

The GOP: They DON'T want to help you.

That's really all you need to know. They're all about "boot yerself up by yer own bootstraps!" "You're on your own!" "Personal responsibility!" (which is the same as to say - "you're on your own!" But it sounds better, superficially and cosmetically.) "Every man for himself!" "IGMFU" = "I Got Mine, F-U".

They DON'T want to help you.

They don't think they should have to. All that "small government!" crap - "No government!" "Government BAD!" "Shrink the government down so small that you can drown it in a bathtub!" "Get the government off yer back!" - ALL that stupid selfish myopic crap is about NOT HELPING YOU. NOT HELPING ANYBODY!!! They DON'T want to help you.
