Democrats should play "politics" with Supreme Court nomination.

Politics is the art of compromise, not the art of the deal.

But, Democrats have always taken politics too seriously to play games. They don't know how to negotiate a "deal".

However, it would be a shame to approve the nomination of Neil Gorsuch for Supreme Court and get nothing in return?

If they are going to nominate Gorsuch anyway, why not make a deal??

We will approve the nomination of Gorsuch if the Republicans approve an investigation with an independent prosecutor.

Sound fair?
