Has anyone asked Paul Ryan

If people are free not to buy health insurance under the GOP plan - no mandate - as they advocate, who's going to pay for it when they get sick?

Because I'm pretty sure it's me, in higher premiums and medical bills.

Sounds like a free lunch to me.
