Why does Trump need an investigation into his charge that President Obama had Tapppppppppped .....

... his office? Sadly, Trump is President and he can just pick up the phone and ask somebody if
that happened and get an answer in at the most 1/2 of a day.

Why not an investigation into sasquatchs who ride jet skis on Lake Pend Orielle in Idaho?

Talking about pissing away money but a Congressional and DoJ investigation into nothing?

Find the bigfoot.

Spicer and Conway have already walked back the supposed "wiretapping", and by the end of next week the WH will deny with a straight face that they ever made such an accusation and the media will not only let them off the hook again, they'll treat his next crazy bullshit accusation with 100% sincerity...

Now, imagine the results of the investigation being reported to the American people.

That Trump was lying.

Now, imagine the recourses available to our last President that Trump lied about and and had congress investigate him on charges of illegal behavior (once he was out of office). Combined with an ongoing attack on Obama for several years... can Trump be sued...

Basically, Trump has unleashed the power of government on a private citizen... giggle giggle, poor Nixon must be turning over in his grave, his ass was almost impeached for less.

My opinion.

When the secret investigation concludes, all the rednecks are predisposed to discredit anything obtained legitimately.

Also, they may try to jail Obama like they did Don Seigelman.
