he is the smartest person on TV today and I swear I have to look up a word almost every night.
Tonight's word Orthogonal. At right angles to. They were saying Laura Ingram, Brietbart and NewsMax have all said Medicaid is the answer to the health care problem which, as Chris said, is orthogonal to Ryan's plans to get rid of Medicaid.
