Spicer: " there is an assumption that less $$$ equals a cut" I'd laugh if it didn't make me cry.

He was just asked a question about the Trump budget DEVASTATING programs for medical research. He responded "there is an assumption that that less $$$ equals a cut." Direct quote my friends. He is now claiming that all $$$ for these programs is a waste of money.

But the cuts he's talking about are nothing about 'efficiency'. It's to cause more hardship and more pain.

3. That he is. And isn't it telling that he can't specify what inefficiencies are being singled out?

It's like, "Well there must be SOME inefficiencies so that justifies our massive cuts!" Idiots.

in Pittsburgh or the woman with two children when they decided to cut Meals on Wheels, the Arts, Education (guess they can't appreciate the arts and won't mind if Pops dies and the kids have limited access to education.

If we lived in anarchy, or believed that its every man for himself, yeah, that's the belief. If we have no civilization, no society standards, no communities, if we are becoming a libertarian's dream, everything that takes money out of the pockets of greedy individual's are a waste.
