(13,390 posts)I think Nixon's corrpution during his presidency was so far reaching and had so many players, that I would say his for now. We are a long way from knowing the depth and breadth corruption of this presidency, but it will probably win out eventually.
As far as presidents themselves, John Tyler was truly a traitor. During his post presidential years, he posed as a diplomat between the Union and the confederacy, and eventually served in the confederate congress.

Trump has gone full-on perfidy from day 1, inserted complete villains in key cabinet positions, and generally behaved like Snidely Whiplash throughout his cursed presidency. just going DPS, Trump wins hands down.
President Grant's administration was famously corrupt and scandal-ridden. Hell, it has its own wikipedia page:

take a look. Trump is on pace to completely dust that guy's record. the shit he's done and openly intends to do makes Grant seem like a caring upstanding civil servant.
