Doesn't a SC nominee need 60 votes? With the Senate at 54-44-2, this is do-able.

I am getting annoyed at this talk about accepting Gorsuch and saving the fight for the "next one." That is just nonsense. Gorsuch is terrible and dems need to block his confirmation. If the "next one" is just as bad, then fight that one too! Also, that could happen after 2018, and by then drump could be gone and the Senate could be in democratic hands. No one can predict the future in such turbulent times.
