They will probably do it incrementally - e.g., get rid of the medical device tax that helps provide revenue for the subsidies and then that will start the unraveling process when they refuse to provide a replacement funding mechanism for it.

Of course they won't see it that way, but it's the truth....only the crazed Trump supporters that want this country destroyed will see it as a failure - but the majority of the American People will be happy.

perception is very, very important. The perception will be that he and the GOP keep failing and that's a good thing for us!

Just because we follow stuff like this at a more in-depth level doesn't mean the majority of Americans do. Remember - there were enough ignoramuses who voted for this POS which shows me that plenty of Americans don't care about details. So, if the perception is that they failed to overturn ACA, that will be a big blow to the GOP and may help us win in 2018.
