What about O Care's 80% spend mandate for Insurers?
Have not heard this mentioned once. Obamacare mandated that insurance companies spend 80% of their revenue on providing health insurance for their customers. This was one of the best parts of the law. No one has said a word about it. Without it, Insurance companies can spend 60% of their revenue on bonuses and marketing. I suspect the $GOP$$$ wantsas to do away with this first.

an insurance company can deduct for its Executive salaries.
