Why does Spicer have a job?

His pressers always sound so disconnected from reality, it's like as a WH press sec he has no idea what is going on in the WH at all. He's not in the inner circle at all.The President himself phones a reporter before informing his Press Sec first?

his eye bags look awful, and I'm tired of the media always trying to give him a pass...today he was trotting out an alternative reality for healthcare bill, and he looked like an arse..
