At least according to a tweet from a CNN reporter going over government spending reports. I guess the SS could be renting Florida golf carts for some other reason, but "Trump" seems to make the most sense

10. They should tell him that they can no longer pay for golf carts. There is no money in the budget.

They should then state that if he doesn't supply the golf carts for his entire SS Detail, then they should ALL walk the course. They are under no duty to rent carts from him. Golf courses were made to be walked. And of course they are not permitted to help carry his clubs if they all walk, since they must focus their attention on surveillance of the course and any potential threats. He must carry his own bags. If they say it like they mean it, and their boss over the SS headquarters upholds it, I bet his ass would come up with some free carts.

This fraud should not be allowed to drain the Treasury to the benefit of his private businesses. Their first mistake was to pay rent for the floor below the one where his family lives in order to provide security for his family. Particularly since the system was not set up to protect family members living in separate households. These grifters know no shame.
