Who is responsible for giving the intelligence committees security clearances?

Or would they get it automatically once they became a member of the Committee?

Would the FBI be responsible for giving security clearances to Congressmen?

Just curious?

Their staff members are required to get a security clearance in order to access some information, but not House/Senate members.
