Our country is in a crisis and our Congress is on vacation.

Perhaps we should give a second look to term limits?

Obviously, we could vote them out in a couple of years, but we don't. They have become out of touch, not only with America, but with reality.

Almost unanimously, they approve of the bombing of Syria by the impulsive madman. Republicans are looking anywhere and everywhere for validation of their support for Donald Trump.

Each day, they are mired in indecision and cowardice. They have the power to do something about it but they do nothing.

This Congress is hell bent on destroying much of what we cherish as a nation. So, every day they're not working is a bonus.

I hear what you're saying, but that assumes there's any chance they try to make things better. I do t think that chance exists.
