What is the perfect word to describe putz

w/o using the usual disgusting, pig, deplorable, idiot

I'm talking about when he says things like

"congratulations" to a vet that lost his leg

"I had the biggest ratings since 9/11"

I know clueless would fit but there is a more perfect single, multi syllable, sophisticated word for our esteemed prez.

Come on guys, come up with the perfect word

I like solipsist = estreme preoccupation with & indulgence of one's feelings, desires, egotistic self-asorption,
But he is even worse than that

it doesn't take into consideration what he says that leaves you wanting to vomit.

I could go on, though.

Or if you're just looking for possible synonyms for "putz," how 'bout "schmuck"? Or "dick"? Or "schlong"? Or "little head"?

In German, it is just the root word of the verb "putzen," which mans to clean or polish something.
