Manhattan to see new area code 332 next month
New York Daily News:It’s not a new number, it’s just a changed number.
Don’t tell Elaine Benes, but Manhattan is getting a new area code.
Joining the ranks of the classic 212, and the more recent 646 and 917, will be New York’s newest digits: 332.
Phone service providers will begin issuing the area code on June 10, according to officials and several phone companies.
