at least tried to do "some stuff", but they quickly say that it didn't have any effect on the election. https://jackpineradicals.com/boards/topic/sorry-still-not-buying-the-russia-did-it-crap/#post-634144
On the Bullshit side you have these claims from Clinton and the establishment that Russia hacked the voting machines and altered the outcome of the actual vote. This is complete crap and there hasnt been evidence of any voting results being altered.
The second claim that Wikileaks got the information from the Russians after they hacked the DNC & Podesta is also bullshit. Former British Ambassador Craig Murray came forward to state he was the go between for the DNC emails that Wikileaks obtained. His claims as to this have never been refuted.
On the other side it is pretty obvious that some members of the Trump camp have had involvement with Russia. And some have then lied about their involvement. Its pretty well documented and wide spread.
All of this activity between Trumps camp and Russians wreaks of Clintonesque pay to play corruption that appears to be very real. And some of it may be related to Russian involvement in using sock puppets, and hacking to try and influence the election. Not nice play on Russias part but it is a far cry from actually hacking the voting machines or being the Wikileaks source.
Hows that for some have your cake and eat it too! Hey its progress from them. In the past they denied the Russians tried to do anything. They love Putin over there.
We also now have multiple OPs at JPR trying to rally support to stop the repeal of the ACA, and various other OPs discussing the firing of Comey and discounting it could be because of Russia.

If the poster is out of grade school, that may be a new record.
If the poster is yet still in grade school, then we should allow greater latitude for his bias outweighing his reason.

They seem to be nihilists of some sort.

(36,107 posts)This happens often actually
A handful of rightwingers-posing-as-leftists start a new discussion forum
They draw people from places like DU who are dissatisfied with the Democratic party
The new people vent their frustrations, soon realize things aren't as they appeared, but can't go back to the first forum because they've unwittingly allied themselves with nutters
The faux lefties chuckle privately and cheer over drawing many good, decent posters away from a high profile discussion forum
It's their super secret, moms-basement attempt to silence voices on the left

(32,886 posts)Eight years of them bashing Obama and Hillary and ultimately enabling Trump was more than enough.
I hope the admins keep that element out of here.
