It's something the House and Senate should never permit.

Only one time has an FBI Director been fired and it was for "ethical" reasons reportedly? It was William Sessions during the Clinton Administration. Janet Reno fired him for taking personal flights on government aircraft and putting security fence around his house at charge to the government. But, this time it is different.

It's just not something Presidents do. It should not be tolerated. It is a failure of government if it is tolerated.

Yes, it is intolerable. To US. Not to them.... they are fine with being enablers.

I have called, faxed, emailed, tweeted, etc. my repuglican rep. and senator. They are worthless.
