In his interview with Fox's (horrible person) Jeanine Pirro he said, in refuting the notion that he asked for loyalty from Comey, "it depends on your meaning of loyalty." The context was him averring he was talking about loyalty to the country, to the American people . . . . yada yada yada . . . .
