What Did Trump do with America's Data?

“I can’t give you a brain, but I can give you a diploma.” ~ Happy Birthday, L. Frank Baum

In related news from FiveThirtyEight:

195,245 public data sets:
Number of data sets available on Data.gov three months ago. Last week, that figure was down to less than 156,000.

Read more about it at The Washington Post, here: Under Trump, inconvenient data is being sidelined.

are:

--- we have the strongest military in the world and don't need to spend trillions making strongest military because it already is.

--- natural gas and renewable energy are in demand and employing more and more people every year and nobody wants coal to begin with -- and how are the coal miners going to get health care anyway for their inevitable debilitating diseases?

--- national parks are there for a reason.

-- Andrew Jackson was a lawless, genocidal freak.

--- he did not win the election with the biggest landslide in history.

--- Melanie has no idea that she's First Lady.

--- the cost of strawberries would go up to $23 a pound if he built that wall, and no American can afford that, so there's a bigger problem here

--- the wall that was started in Texas in 2006 was shut down by a federal court because the contractor could only afford migrant workers to build it.

--- a lot of idiots have graduated Wharton.

From the WP article:

In other cases, the administration appears to be dimming the prior spotlight on the background and conduct of top officials. The administration no longer publishes online the ethics waivers granted to appointees who would otherwise be barred from joining the government because of recent lobbying activities. Nor is the White House releasing logs of its visitors, making it difficult for the public to keep track of who is stopping by to see the president’s inner circle.

which goes directly against his "drain the swamp" bullshit claims.
