It was also a slap in the face to Americans whose lives are influenced in every imaginable way by everything that tumbles from the madman's mouth. Our safety, livelihood and financial futures often hinge on the leadership coming from the executive branch. The carelessness and recklessness exhibited by tRump is no surprise to those who know him, it is actually to be expected, given his track record in business and his personal life. And yet the media is freaking out over his latest debacle. There is plenty of reason to expect things to get worse with every passing day. The notion that he will be make reasonable, measured decisions is a pipe dream.

Every day tRump demonstrates why he is unfit for the job. There is NO WAY we can wait for the 2018 elections to do something about this emergency. That is nearly 18 months away, far too late to save us from the actions of tRump. That is the equivalent of getting a diagnosis of stage four lung cancer but waiting 18 months to begin treatment because you won't have health insurance coverage until 18 months later. Try that with cancer and see what happens to the patient.

We must insist, no DEMAND that Congress step in and stop the madness. It is their responsibility to monitor the situation and they have the absolute right constitutionally to act. If we allow them to stand by while Washington burns, it is at our own peril. This is NOT just about tRump and his cabal. It has everything to do with our future as a free nation.

Should have spent time asking questions instead of playing in his hair.
