What are they going to do about it?

We need a concerted effort of:
Economic boycotts
Freezing of assets
Intense scrutiny of people traveling to Syria/Yemen and other terrorist havens
Monitoring of disgruntled young Muslim men
Assistance from mosques in identifying potential lone-wolf terrorist

Civil rights still need to be respected, but every nation that wants to stop these types of attacks need to go beyond issuing a press release condemning the action.

I suspect that the group that planned/executed the bombing aren't too upset with world leader's condemnation.

I wish the politicians would do something thoughtful like this. The US is too busy fleecing us, but maybe Germany and other countries could step forward to lead.
