Green Bay, WI, wins dubious title of "Drunkest City In America."

I live in Sheboygan, (#15,) 60 miles south of Green Bay, BTW.

Also making the Drunkest Cities list: Eau Claire (#2); Appleton (#3); Madison (#4); Oshkosh (#6); Wausau (#9); La Crosse (#10); Fond du Lac (#12); Sheboygan (#15); and Milwaukee (#20).

I don't think the overall percentage of serious drunks is any higher here but the ones we have are truly spectacular. I never saw drunks like these back in Irish Boston, and I saw plenty of drunks back there.

I was surprised to see cities in ND and Montana. Maybe it's the cold.

On Wisconsin, On Wisconsin, plunge right through that line.
Run the ball clear down the field, a touchdown sure this time.
On Wisconsin, On Wisconsin, fight on for her fame.
Fight, fellows, fight, fight, fight, we'll win this game.

On Wisconsin, On Wisconsin, stand up Badgers sing.
"Forward" is our driving spirit, loyal voices ring.
On Wisconsin, On Wisconsin, raise her glowing flame.
Stand, fellows, let us now salute her name?

On Wisconsin, On Wisconsin, plunge right through that line
Run the ball clear down the field boys, touchdown sure this time

Appleton suffers from general drunkenness of Wisconsin folks plus nearby Indian reservations.

My home town had more Bars than Church's and when Services were over, don't get caught sideways in the door cause these folks were headed across the street to Rose's for a bit of Livation or two. And if the Packers were on TV,well then it is Fire Drill.
