(14,565 posts)You have to lay a price on Trump completing his first term. It is 5/6 or -120 in American pricing. The Yes that he will leave before his first term ends is 21/20 or +1.05. That means bet 100 to win 105.
I'm quoting Betfair which appears to be the only firm offering that prop. Perhaps some other firm had it earlier but took it down.
Trump is the favorite for 2020 at 2/1. But if you go by which party will prevail then Democrats are a slight favorite. Many sites are offering that prop.
I was shocked at the header and the quoted odds. Betting sites and bettors don't overreact to short term.
